We will have some fun this month!
WHAT: Bay Area Modern Quilt Guild Meeting!!!
WHEN: Saturday, November 21, starting at 1:00 pm
WHERE: we'll be meeting at the Redwood City Library, in the upstairs community room.
Ruth will be talking about Scrap Management, and people are
welcome to bring their scraps and cutting implements for Sew Time after the
meeting. To prepare you for that, you might want to read some scrap management posts:

We will be drawing for the Opportunity Quilt!
Prepare
to sign up to volunteer for 2016. Officers are needed. Advisory
positions are also available. Many hands make light work.
WHAT things to bring:

*Charity blocks and quilts
*Small Group projects (and
ideas for new Small Groups!)
*Information about
local/national quilty happenings
*Non-messy snacks
*Sewing projects for after the meeting
*Sewing projects for after the meeting
*Enthusiasm and a positive
attitude!
There will be lots of
time to visit, too, especially after the meeting. Plan to stick around and have some fun! Meet new friends, chat with
old friends, and eat some yummy snacks!
